Q: What is your availability?
We are appointment based only and availability may change seasonally. Check our online booking site for more details!
Q: Where are you located?
We are located on Queen St East and Bellefair Ave. Our private studio is located across from Kew Gardens Park and above Sunset Grill. The door to enter the building is kept locked at all times, please call or text upon arrival for entry.
Q: Do you take appointment bookings over the phone?
No. Appointments are booked online with a credit card on file to uphold our no-show and cancellation policy. You can email beautybylirie@hotmail.com to book with an e-transfer deposit instead; equal to 50% of the service cost including tax.
Q: Do you take clients for extension fills if they were not originally done by you?
For safety and lash health purposes, we do not work over lash extensions that have been done elsewhere unless discussed with us via email first. In order to book with us, please submit a good quality photo of your current lash extensions with eyes closed for review.
Q: Why does my appointment need to be accepted?
We have a thorough client intake process and consultation form to ensure that you are a suitable candidate and to check for sensitivities or allergies. We also want all new clients to review our company policies and procedures prior to booking to ensure we would be a good fit.
Q: What is the best way to reach you to inquire about services?
By emailing beautybylirie@hotmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We work independently and cannot answer over the phone inquiries during client appointments to ensure we are providing a relaxing and timely experience for everyone.
Q: Do I need a patch test?
If you have any concerns regarding sensitivities or allergies, we recommend having a patch test done first. Service can be provided 48 hours AFTER your patch test is completed. If you have had a true allergic reaction in the past, we strongly discourage re-treatment.Â
Q: Do you require clients to mask?
We are a mask friendly business and kindly ask that you wear a mask to your appointment if you or a loved one has been sick. Masks and safety glasses are worn by staff as protection from long-term exposure to the chemical fumes created by the products we work with.
Q: Can I bring a guest?
Client appointments are 1 on 1 due to the nature of our jobs; needing a lot of focus and attention to perform well and stay on schedule. On the rare occasion, we can make an exception and allow you to bring a guest but please check-in with us first.
